1. What this is

Sri Sri Drishti is a community platform for the Art of Living community. It lets you discover events and courses, follow teachers, and connect with other members. These terms apply whenever you use the app.

By creating an account you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not create an account.

2. Who can use it

You must be 13 or older to create an account. If you are under 18, you should have a parent or guardian’s permission. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so keep access to your phone number and sign-in method secure.

3. How you are expected to behave

This is a community space. When using Sri Sri Drishti you agree not to:

• harass, threaten, abuse or impersonate anyone;
• claim to be an Art of Living teacher, volunteer or official when you are not, or misrepresent your affiliation;
• post spam, advertising, or repeated unsolicited contact requests;
• upload content that is unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, or infringes somebody else’s rights;
• collect other members’ information for use outside the app, including scraping profiles or exporting contact details;
• attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service.

4. Events are created by members

Event and course listings are created by teachers and community members, not by the platform. We do not independently verify every listing. Details such as timing, location, price and whether an event happens at all are the responsibility of the person who created it.

Registering for an event through the app reserves a place where the organiser has set a capacity. It is not a contract between you and us, and it is not a payment. Any payment for an event is arranged directly with the organiser.

The “Teacher” badge means an account has been reviewed and approved through our teacher verification process. It is not a guarantee of any particular qualification, and it does not make us responsible for what that person teaches.

5. Content you provide

You keep ownership of what you post — your profile, bio, photos, event listings and ratings. You give us permission to store and display that content within the app so the service can work. You can edit or remove it at any time.

Do not post content you do not have the right to post.

6. Ratings

Ratings and reviews must reflect genuine experience. Do not post ratings in exchange for anything, and do not post ratings for an event you did not attend.

7. Suspension

We may suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms, or that we reasonably believe is being used to harm other members. Where it is practical and appropriate to do so, we will tell you why.

8. The service may change

Features may be added, changed or removed. We may stop offering the service. We will give reasonable notice of a significant change where we can.

9. No warranty, and limits on liability

The service is provided “as is”. We do not promise it will always be available, uninterrupted, or free of errors.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from an event listing created by another member, from another member’s conduct, or from your reliance on information in the app.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. See the Privacy Policy for what happens to your data when you do.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is material we will give notice in the app. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Sri Sri Drishti is operated by Collabdiary Private Limited.
